At KEEN FITNESS we break away from the monotonous gym routine and switch things up on a daily basis. No matter your size, age or skill level KEEN will focus on achieving the personal goals you have set for yourself and even take it one step further.
Classes vary daily but within a session KEEN will include kickboxing, strength training and high-energy explosive full-body circuit workout with no shortage of FUN! KEEN FITNESS offers constant support because we believe that you can achieve far more than you expected.
KEEN FITNESS offers a monthly membership through a user friendly online management system. In order to attend your first free trial class, you must book through our scheduling system.
INSTRUCTIONS: (follow video example)
- Select which class you would like to attend for your FREE CLASS, and click the “SIGN UP NOW” button.
- Fill out the box labeled “NEW TO OUR SITE?” with your first and last name and click next.
- Complete all other required information to complete your profile. Make sure to check the “AGREE” box, and click “CREATE ACCOUNT”.
- Complete the required information then proceed to create a username and password. Click submit. (Note: your password must contain at least 8 characters, including 1 letter and 1 number character)
- Next, click “MAKE SINGLE RESERVATION” and continue the checkout process. You will not be charged anything for this transaction, as it is a $0 transaction.
- See you in Class!

Personal training is a great option for individuals for many reasons, whether you are looking to jump start your fitness and lifestyle changes in a more private setting, or enhance your athletic performance beyond group class offerings.
All of KEEN Fitness’s trainers are certified and experienced with working with clients of all fitness capacities. After all, exercising and being fit should be fun and enjoyable. Even in personal training sessions, we never down play the hard work, dedication, and commitment it takes for both clients and trainers to achieve pre-set goals and milestones.

Q: Are there different classes for different fitness levels?
A: No. All classes are designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. We will modify exercises if needed. This should not discourage you from attending. At Keen Fitness our number one goal is to offer a challenging workout in a comfortable atmosphere.
Q: Do you offer any nutritional help or consulting?
A: Yes. After you schedule a one on one appointment, you will receive a nutritional guideline, set goals, take measurements, and monitor your progress along the way. Our goal is to help you understand the role food plays in your performance, lifestyle, and everyday well-being.
Q: Do I have to sign-up online before attending a class?
A: Yes. You must sign up to the Mind Body online system under the membership tab in order to attend a class. Please contact us if you have any questions about the sign-up process.
Q: How can I guarantee a spot in your class?
A: The only way to guarantee a spot in the class is to confirm payment directly with Keen Fitness. Once your information has been entered into the system you are officially a member and are able to sign up for any classes online.
Q: After I become a member do I have to confirm which days and times I will be attending?
A: No. Once you are a member you are able to sign up to ANY classes/times that are available on the schedule using the Mind Body online system which can be found under the membership tab.
Q: How or when can I renew my membership?
A: You can renew your membership directly through Keen Fitness. As a reminder the Mind Body online system will automatically send you an email two weeks prior and once more one week before your membership expires. You can check how many sessions you have remaining under the MY INFO tab in Mind Body.
Q: What do I need to bring to class?
A: Besides the essentials such as water, towel, and proper footwear, you will need to have a pair of boxing gloves which can be purchased at our studio.
Q: When can I start my monthly membership?
A: You can begin your sessions the same day you sign-up directly with Keen Fitness and have created an account with Mind Body. Your membership expires 30 days after your sign-up date.
Q: Where do we park?
A: There is plenty of parking around the gym, including the front lot (note: you can only park in spaces on street side of front lot, (not in front of retail tenants), back parking lot, and nearby street parking.
I am not a morning person NOR a workout person, BUT i wake up at 6:15 every morning, four times a week and go! I absolutely love it!
