Stay on Track! A gift from KEEN

Hey Ladies – so you’ve probably heard me say in class that I need to workout so I can sign-off on my “sheet”.  So what the hell am I talking about?  Well, I literally have a “homework” sheet that is stuck to my fridge door, and since I’ve committed to working out 6 days a week – everyday I have to sign-off as a confirmation that I’ve worked out that day.

Now I know that sounds corny or useless, but trust me ladies it’s not.  Once you commit something to writing, subconsciously you take it to another level.  You can google it!  Researchers have found that people who commit their goals to writing have a higher likelihood of reaching them.
